Sidewalk Cleaning

Moving along with our efforts to improve the overall curb appeal of our community, the Board has hired All Florida Painting to clean our sidewalks.  The process includes a pre-treat, high pressure cleaning, and a post treat.

Homeowners were also given the opportunity to have their driveways cleaned at the same time.  

Over time, the sidewalks in Parkwood V crack, break, and raise up from the large oak tree roots.  Therefore, from time to time, there is need for repairs.  MDPY Group Inc was hired to grind, repair, and replace all the necessary issues throughout the community to make using the sidewalks safer for everyone.
