The votes are in and the tally is:
Option 1: 18 votes (39.13%)
Option 2: 8 votes (17.39%)
Option 3: 7 votes (15.22%)
Option 4: 5 votes (10.87%)
Option 5: 8 votes (17.39%)
At the June 6th meeting, a committee was formed to discuss options for the front wall. These findings were discussed and presented at the August 8th meeting. The community was given the opportunity to vote on their favorite color scheme. To view the choices, click the button below.
During the October 2022 board meeting, the Board reviewed the condition of the entrance wall and determined it was time to repair the concrete and repaint the wall.
The Board contracted with Howard Riggin to trim, prune, and remove the vegetation at the community entrance. His company came with a crew and cleaned up the overgrowth and dying plants and added fresh mulch.
